Activity sheet Cave Kayaking

Kayaking is a fantastic activity which combines both exploration and surrounding contemplation with physical activity. Furthermore, kayaking inside a cave becomes even more special.

Experience one-of-a kind adventure by exploring Europe’s longest underground navigable river by kayak.

Enjoy a fascinating route through its galleries and observe the extraordinary beauty of its geological formations. Wearing technical equipment, including a wetsuit, and along with professional guides, the route is 1,5h long. The visit includes 800 metres by kayak and 250 metres on foot through one of the dry galleries which can be found inside the cave.

  • Required equipment: Boots or trainers (soles must be in good condition), bathing costume, clothes and footwear to get changed, towel, food and water.

No previous experience required. People must be able to swim and must not suffer from claustrophobia.
